Inclusion Criteria
Patients with thalassemia diagnosis who were taking regular treatment
Had relative mental, cognitive and physical health
Had not any record of hospitalization in that past one month
Willing to participate
Sufficient literacy
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with an acute and new diagnosis
Patients who referred to the center temporarily or occasionally
Those with significant cognitive and psychological complications
