1. A dyad of mother and child aged between 4 to 9 years.
2. Children who falls in the negative and definitely negative category of Franklââ?¬•s behavior rating
scale and their mothers.
3. A dyad of children and their mothers who are agreeing to the written informed consent.
1. Children who are physically and mentally handicapped.
2. Children who are medically compromised.
3. Children with special health care needs.
4. Children who have previously obtained parental counselling.
5. Children who are not accompanied by their mothers

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Presence of fear and anxiety in children undergoing dental procedures. Better behaviour guidance can be adopted after parental counselling. Better Parental Behaviour in child managementTimepoint: At baseline: Presence of fear and anxiety in children undergoing dental procedures. Parental Counselling as behaviour guidance given based on this before scheduled appointment. After 2 weeks appointment/recall better Parental Behaviour in child management will be noted and better child behaviour in pedodontic dental operatory will also be seen. After 4 weeks allevation of fear and anxiety in mothers of children who undertook counselling will also be noted.
