入选标准
- •Body mass index between 25 and 30 kg/m2
- •The person who voluntarily agree to participate on this study
排除标准
- •1)systolic blood pressure =160 mmHg and diastolic pressure =100 mmHg, or hypertensive person who take diuretics
- •2) fastig glucose =126 mg/dl or random blood sugar tes =200 mg/dl, or diabetes who take oral hypoglycemic agent or insulin therapy
- •3) who have heart, kidney, thyroid, and cerebrovascular disease
- •4) who have polycystic syndrom, gastrointestinal disease, gout,porphyria
- •5) who have psychological problems such as depression, schizophrenia, alcoholism, and drug addiction
- •6) who take agent for obesity treatment(lipid absorption inhibitors, anti-depressants, appetite suppresants, contraceptive, steroids, hormons)
- •7) pregnant or breast feeding
- •8) who have participated on obesity program or taken dietary supplemnt in 30 days prior to study
- •9) considered to be not able to engage in active exercise with severe skeletal problems
- •10)who had diagnosed or treated with cancer within 5 years
- •11) who had asthma and other allergy
- •12) who were alcoholic or adictive
- •13) who participated other clinical trial within 3 months prior to this study
- •14) who have history of surgery within 6 months
- •15) who are limited to read
- •16) who are not considrered to be appropriate to particiapt on this study
