This is an interventional trial to compare and evaluate the efficacy of chorion membrane in combination with demineralized freeze dried bone allograft and demineralized freeze dried bone allograft alone in treatment of grade II furcation defects. This is a clinicoradiographic study.

Inclusion Criteria
Patients with moderate to advanced periodontitis as assessed by probing pocket depth (PPD) greater than or equal to 5mm and clinical attachment level (CAL) greater than or equal to 5mm
Patients with at least one pair of bilateral Grade II furcation defects in either maxillary or mandibular arch
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of systemic diseases allergies or drug usage
Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment in previous 6 months
Pregnant and lactating women
