入选标准
- •Patients with moderate to advanced periodontitis as assessed by probing pocket depth (PPD) greater than or equal to 5mm and clinical attachment level (CAL) greater than or equal to 5mm
- •Patients with at least one pair of bilateral Grade II furcation defects in either maxillary or mandibular arch
排除标准
- •Patients with history of systemic diseases allergies or drug usage
- •Patients who have undergone periodontal treatment in previous 6 months
- •Pregnant and lactating women
