Inclusion Criteria

1. Fasting blood sugar level >= 126 mg/dl and <= 250 mg/dl

2. Post prandial blood sugar >= 150 mg/dl and <= 350 mg/dl

3. HbA1c level between 5.7 % to 10.5%

4. Diagnosed case of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus with 2 years of onset.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients of Type I Diabetes mellitus

2. Patient who is taking insulin.

3. Age below 18 years and above 65 years.

4. Fasting blood sugar level <= 126 mg/dl and >= 250 mg/dl

5. Post prandial blood sugar <= 150 mg/dl and >= 350 mg/dl

6. HbA1c level below 5.7 % and more than 10.5%

7. Malignant conditions and patients with systematic disease like AIDS, HIV, Crohnâ??s disease

8. Patients having serum Creatinine more than 2.5 mg/dL and patients on dialysis.

9. Pregnant and lactating mother.

10. Any other patients not fit for trial.
