- •All children between 4 â?? 10 y of age, American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) status
- •1 and 2, undergoing routine surgery.
排除标准
- •1.Abnormal upper gastrointestinal anatomy
- •2.History of lower esophageal or gastric surgery
- •3.History of gastrointestinal disease (hiatus hernia, esophageal reflux, gastritis)
- •4.Recent upper gastrointestinal bleeding (within 1 month)
- •5.Ongoing treatment affecting gastric motility
- •6.Clinically significant kidney or liver disease
- •7.BMI >95th percentile
