入选标准
- •1. High grade rotational instability
- •2. Generalized laxity
- •3. Young patients who will return to professional sports
- •4. Chronic instability (over 12 months)
- •5. Segond fracture
- •6. Lateral femoral condyle contusion
排除标准
- •1. Over ASA grade 3
- •2. Fractures that required open reduction and internal fixation
- •3. Previous knee surgery history
- •4. Multiple ligament injury
- •5. Concomitant other surgery such as HTO
- •6. ACL revision
- •7. Under Pivot shift grade 1
