Thirty adults (15 males and 15 females) in their 20s and 50s visited the hospital due to headaches. The criteria for selecting subjects were those diagnosed with tension headaches by medical personnel, those who felt headaches within the last four weeks, those who lasted more than 30 minutes, those with more than 59 points for headache effects tests, and those with lower extremity tests of 80° or less.
The criteria for exclusion from the study included spinal surgery patients, joint surgery patients, traffic accident patients, and other similar experiments.
