Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) The participants who provide informed consent before the start
- •2\) 50\~65 years old
- •3\) A resident of Seoul
- •4\) Women with a body mass index of 23mg/m2 or higher
- •5\) The total cholesterol in the blood (\=200 mg/dL) , or systolic blood pressure (\>130 mmHg ), or diastolic blood pressure( \>85 mmHg)
- •6\) Women whose intake of dietary fiber, omega\-3 fatty acid, calcium, and isoflavone are all below the following criteria
- •\- diatary fiber 18\.8g, omega\-3fatty acid 2\.0g, calcium 600mg, isoflavone 75\.0mg
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Subjects who have good quality of meals(RFS \> 36\)
- •2\) Subjects with low fat intake(MEDFICTS \= 40\)
- •3\) Subjects with severe insomnia(ISI \= 22\)
- •4\) Subjects who performed constant exercises at least 3 months prior to the first visit(\= 10 hr/week)
- •5\) Subjects with family history of cardiovascular disease
- •6\) Subjects with hypersensitivity to components contained in the test food or test food
- •7\) Subjects who participated in other clinical studies within 1 month prior to the first visit
- •8\) Subjects who have difficulty using smartphone
- •9\) Subjects who were deemed inappropriate to participation in this study
