- •age 18-65 years
- •American society of anesthesiology (ASA) classification 1-2
- •Elective surgery under general anesteshia with no planned need for muscle relaxation
- •Body mass index <35 kg/m3
排除标准
- •Know central nervous system disease
- •Know central nervous system impairment
- •known medication affection peripheral nervous system
