Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 1\-15 years
- •Either gender
- •Moderate to severe TBI (GCS: 3\-13\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with polytrauma
- •Patients with any known chronic disease like malignancy, neurological disorders, inborn errors of metabolism or congenital heart disease
- •Patients on any chronic medications
- •Nonconsenting patients
- •Patients unlikely to survive beyond 24 hours of admission.
