Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients having symptom of katishool ( Lower backache)
  • •patient who will give written consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Patients having congenital structural deformity Fracture of lumbar spine and needs surgical care
  • •2 Katishool associated with known case of cardiac disease Pots spine (TB) pregnancy paralysis HIV Ca any abdominal condition causing katishool
  • •3 Patients with Aamvat(RA) having katishool as secondary symptom
