Patients having symptom of katishool ( Lower backache)
patient who will give written consent

Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients having congenital structural deformity Fracture of lumbar spine and needs surgical care
2 Katishool associated with known case of cardiac disease Pots spine (TB) pregnancy paralysis HIV Ca any abdominal condition causing katishool
3 Patients with Aamvat(RA) having katishool as secondary symptom
