Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Clinical diagnosis of Asthma rated mild to moderate
- •2) Not previously receiving Yoga Therapy
- •3) Non-smokers or Not smoked for at least 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Clinical diagnosis of Asthma rated severe
- •2) Smoker ââ?¬â?? within last 6 months
- •3) Pregnant or lactating women
- •4) Acute infection within past 6 weeks
- •5) Associated chronic respiratory disease
- •6) Any other serious systemic illness
