Both genders; aged 60-80 years; who received calls to call centers; accompanied by the following specialties: Endocrinology, Urology, Psychiatry, Geriatrics and Rheumatology. Ability to follow study procedures, including filling out necessary questionnaires or with help from family members, according to the researchers' assessment. Provide informed consent, in accordance with the regulations of the Research Ethics Committee, in person or electronically.
