1. Subjects who received colonoscopy in each research center;
2. Male or female, aged 60-74 years (including 60 and 74 years old);
3. Necessary body fluid and blood electrolyte balance (potassium, The detection values ??of sodium,
chloride,calcium, and magnesium do not exceed 10% of the normal range, including the critical value);
4. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent
