Inclusion Criteria
Children aged 0-5 years with liver diseases and candidates for liver transplantation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children with other underlying conditions that can effect normal gas exchange such as chronic lung diseases, cyanotic heart diseases, neuromuscular diseases
2. Poor compliance with overnight oximetry, TcCO2 monitoring and echocardiography
3. Allergy to chloral hydrate
