Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age more than 18 years
  • •Patients having obstructive airway disease
  • •Willing to participate and give the consent
  • •Patients on stable treatment for 1 month

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with active tuberculosis
  • •Patients with active haemoptysis
  • •Present exacerbation
  • •Associated respiratory illness (Ca Lung/Pneumonia/LRTI/Lung abscess etc.)
  • •Associated systemic illness like myocardial infarction, unstable angina, renal diseases,
  • •diabetes mellitus, other immunosuppressive diseases)
  • •Unstable patients
  • •History of URTI/LRTI in past 2 week
  • •History of hospital admission in past 8 weeks
  • •History of exacerbation in last 4 weeks
