Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than 18 years
- •Patients having obstructive airway disease
- •Willing to participate and give the consent
- •Patients on stable treatment for 1 month
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with active tuberculosis
- •Patients with active haemoptysis
- •Present exacerbation
- •Associated respiratory illness (Ca Lung/Pneumonia/LRTI/Lung abscess etc.)
- •Associated systemic illness like myocardial infarction, unstable angina, renal diseases,
- •diabetes mellitus, other immunosuppressive diseases)
- •Unstable patients
- •History of URTI/LRTI in past 2 week
- •History of hospital admission in past 8 weeks
- •History of exacerbation in last 4 weeks
