Inclusion Criteria

1.Normal volunteer
Thai people age 18+ years with normal hearing using Thai language and can be able to read and write
2.CI adult
CI patient age 18+ years using CI more than 1 year and can be able to read and write
3.CI children
CI patient age 7-18 years using CI more than 1 year and can be able to interview
4.CI children's parent

Exclusion Criteria

1.Normal volunteer
Who cannot be able to read and write
2.CI adult
Who cannot be able to read and write
3.CI children
Who cannot be able to interview
4.CI children's Parent
Who do not have parental consent to answer the questionnaires
