•1.Male or female Age between 18 to 55 years at the time of enrollment.
•2.Scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia
•3.ASA physical status I-II
•4.Fit for anesthesia
•5.Patients who have willingness to participate and provided written informed consent.
•6.Ready to comply all schedule of approved protocol.

•1.Uncontrolled hypertension/ diabetes mellitus.
•2.Severe hepatic/ respiratory/renal disease.
•3.History of congestive cardiac failure, Type II/III heart block.
•4.History of allergy to any of the test drugs.
•5.Pregnancy or breast feeding female
•6.History of opioid / alcohol intake in last 24 hrs.
•7.Patients receiving á 2 agonists & Beta Blocker
•8.Other medical, psychiatric, or behavioral limitations that in the judgments of the investigators may interfere with study participation or the ability to follow the intervention protocol.
