(1) Chinese and identified as simple obesity WC=90[male] or =80[female]);
(2) Body mass index 28 kg/m2 = (BMI); (3) Young people between the ages of 18 and 25, regardless of gender;
(4) No other weight loss measures were taken within 2 months before participating in the study;
(5) Read and sign the informed consent.
(1) The subjects had regular tai chi training every week for the first three months of the study;
(2) Any physical disability is excluded from participation in the intervention, as are severe acute illnesses and ongoing serious chronic illnesses;
(3) cognitive impairment, sensory aphasia, severe visual or hearing impairment;
