•2.patient has past history of overuse of NSAIDs .
•3. GFR level less than or equal to 60 ml/min/1.73 meter square and persistant
•4. creatinine value more than or equal to 2 mg/dl

•2. Patient of hepato-renal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to hemodynamic circulatory
•disorder and CCF
•3.History of kidney transplant
•4.Neoplasm of kidney
•5. Female patient having risky pregnancy
•6.Uncontrolled arrhythmia or severe cardiac disease
•7.Associated with any other serious systemic disease or complications, which leads to fatal
•complications will be excluded
