入选标准
- •1. > 18 years of age
- •2. Patients with Renal calculi planned for PCNL
- •3. Residence within a 20 km radius of at least a secondary health care center
排除标准
- •PRE-OPERATIVE EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •1. Horseshoe kidney
- •2. CKD / AKI
- •3. Charlson Comorbidity Score >= 3
- •4. S.T.O.N.E. score >= 9
- •INTRA-OPERATIVE EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •5. >= 3 access Tracts
- •6. Operative Time > 90 mins (from a puncture to exit)
- •7. Pelvicalyceal system perforation
- •8. Pleural/other organ injury
- •POST-OPERATIVE EXCLUSION CRITERIA
- •9. Temperature >100 Fahrenheit persisting after one dose of Paracetamol administration.
- •10. Abnormal clinical parameters:
- •a. Heartrate >100beatsperminute
- •b. RespiratoryRate >20breathsperminute
- •c. Systolicbloodpressure <90mmHg
- •11. > 2 g/dL drop in Haemoglobin
- •12. Transfusion of blood products
- •13. Pneumothorax or haemothorax on chest X-ray in intercostal/high intercostal punctures
- •14. Pain Visual Analogue Score >4 after administration of analgesics
- •15. Unable to void or ambulate
- •16. Persistent visible haematuria
