Inclusion Criteria
1) Patients with Renal Stone undergoing PCNL/mini PCNL
2) Adult patients more than 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients with untreated coagulopathy
2) Pregnant patients
3) Patients with active urinary tract infection
4) Patients with abnormal renal anatomy like horseshoe / ectopic kidney.
5) Patients with previous open renal surgery or PCNL
