The clinical study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Individualized Homoeopathic medicine in treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and enhancing social quality of life. Patients with GAD symptoms will be screened, diagnosed by a psychiatrist, and enrolled after obtaining informed consent. Detailed case assessments, routine and specific investigations, and individualized treatment plans using RADAR software and Homoeopathic Materia medica will follow. The 30C potency remedy will be administered, with adjustments based on patient progress. Regular reviews at 4-week intervals and assessments using GAD-7, Beck Anxiety Inventory, and Q-LES-Q(SF) will be conducted to measure treatment outcomes, focusing on anxiety symptom alleviation and improvements in overall quality of life and satisfaction.

入选标准
- •1.Age between 18-65 years 2.Subjects of both sexes 3.Cases satisfying DSM_-5 diagnostic criteria for GAD 4.Score of Q-LES_Q(sf)≥14.
排除标准
- •1.Generalized Anxiety Disorder with other Psychiatric co morbidity 2.Subjects undergoing other conventional Psychiatric medication for long period 3.Subjects with other serious systemic diseases 4.Substance induced anxiety disorder 5.Pregnant and lactating women 6.At risk of self-harm or suicide.
