Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with anticipated difficult airway requiring AFOI will be recruited for the study
- •2\. Age group of 18\-above
- •3\. ASA grade I\-III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal
- •2\. Patient with restricted mouth opening
- •3\. Pregnant patients
- •4\. Patient unable to co\-operate with airway assessment (low GCS, Mental retardation)
- •5\. Patient which are known case of allergy to local anesthetic.
- •6\. Patient with coagulopathy.
- •7\. Patient on anticoagulants or antiplatelet.
