Suffering from chronic kidney failure and being treated with hemodialysis
Age 18 to 65 years
Patients with restless legs according to completion of the RLS restless legs screening questionnaire
Suffering from sleep disorder according to completion of PSQI questionnaire
Absence of ulcers or restriction of water use for the feet
Not having any problem of immersing the feet in cold or hot water
Being literate in reading and writing
Unwillingness to continue cooperation in the study
Patient death during the study
Having psychological disorders such as memory disorders, diabetes and neuropathy

Name Time Method Severity of restless legs syndrome. Timepoint: Before and after the intervention (the intervention is every night for two weeks.). Method of measurement: Using a questionnaire to assess the severity of restless leg syndrome.;Sleep quality.
