1) Patients with lower extremity fracture with osteoporosis aged 65 years or older
2) AO Fracture Classification A, B, and C are fractures in which the shape of the fracture is spiral, oblique, transverse, wedge fracture, compound fracture, multiple fracture, fracture site displacement
3) A person who voluntarily agreed to the research, such as research methods and procedures, after receiving a sufficient explanation for the research matters in this clinical study [If it is difficult for the subject to voluntarily consent to the cognitive impairment caused by aging due to the nature of this clinical study, the consent of the legal representative (or agent)]
4) Osteoporosis medication or T-Score -2.5 or less on bone density test (BMD)
1) a patient with blood cancer, including multiple myeloma
2) a bone tumor patient
3) A person who is being treated for an autoimmune disease such as rheumatoid disease
4) a patient currently being treated for an infectious disease
5) If there is no displacement or fracture of the fracture part as a simple fracture according to the AO fracture classification
6) A person who refuses to participate in this clinical study [If it is difficult for the subject to voluntarily agree or refuse to participate in the study, such as cognitive impairment due to aging, due to the nature of this clinical study, a legal representative (or agent) refuses to participate in the study]
