1. Age between 18 to 70 years.
2. Patients who is prediagnosed case of renal calculi.
3. Ultrasonogaphic evidence of single calculus / multiple calculi < 10mm or equal to10mm.
A) Age less than 18 years and more than 70 years.
B) Patients with obstructive uropathy, severe hydronephrosis ,CKD, liver cirrohsis,
diabetic neuropathy, carcinoma.
C) Pregnant womens.
D)Patients who have single stone in lower pole of kidney.
E) Patients of any condition resemble with oligourea.
F) Renal calculi size more than 10mm.

Name Time Method Symptoms like hypogastric region,appearance of gravels,dysuria,smell,anorexiablood in urine,pain in urinary tract and burning micturition will be analysed.Timepoint: 1 month
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Size of renal calculi will be analysed.Timepoint: 2 weeks
