Study Overview

Brief Summary

Plantar Fasciitis is a common musculoskeletal disorder causing heel pain and functional limitation. Pain perception in these individuals is complex and influenced by multiple physical and psychological factors. Existing tools mainly assess pain intensity but do not capture the multidimensional nature of pain perception. This study aims to develop, validate, and pilot test a questionnaire specifically designed to assess pain perception in individuals with plantar fasciitis. The questionnaire will be developed through literature review and expert consultation, followed by validation for content and reliability. Pilot testing will be conducted on a small sample to assess feasibility and consistency. The outcome of this study will be a reliable and valid tool that can improve clinical assessment and support better treatment planning in patients with plantar fasciitis.
