Including all patients who are getting admitted under department of Infectious Diseases, who are on antimicrobials
Excluding patients with known cases of
1. Inherited hemolytic anemia like sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, hereditary spherocytosis etc
2. Autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis etc
3. Cases of poisoning like Arsenic, Copper
4. Non hemolytic anemia like iron deficiency anemia, anemia due to chronic disease, chronic kidney disease, bone marrow dysfunction
5. All other causes of hemolysis

Name Time Method Frequency of antibodies produced to red cell antigen in patients on antimicrobials can be determined. <br/ ><br>This will allow for a close monitoring of the patient before the occurrence of serious hemolysis. <br/ ><br>It will also help the treating doctor to decide on how frequently a patient should be monitored for clinical evidence of hemolysisTimepoint: Baseline and day 7
