Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Individuals who are willing to stay for 5 days treatment.
  • Individuals diagnosed with main diagnosis of COPD and admitted to SDMCMSH
  • Smokers and non\-smokers.
  • Individual oriented to Time, Place and Person.
  • Stable hemodynamic and vital parameters.
  • Age between 40 to 60 years and of either gender.
  • COPD individuals with stable co\-morbidities like HTN, DM, CKD with precautions
  • and on medications for the same.
  • GOLD stage I and II (mild to moderate)

Exclusion Criteria

  • Individuals with unstable hemodynamic parameters.
  • Individuals with severe symptoms of dyspnea (GOLD stage 3 onwards).
  • Individuals with any chest, face, and head injury.
  • Individuals who are drowsy, disoriented or with psychological issues.
  • Individuals with co morbidities like uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases, DVT,
  • amputation and metastatic conditions.
