History of radiotherapy or immunotherapy 2. tumor has fistula 3. obvious infection 4. hypoalbuminemia 5. uncontrorable pleural effusion or ascites 6. severe heart failure 7. other complications (ileus, pneumonitis, pleural fibrosis, DM, renal failure, liver cirrhosis) 8. Psychologic diorders 9. double cancers 10. steroid administration
