Those who can use a smartphone
A person diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by a specialist
Those with glycated hemoglobin of 6.5% or more and fasting plasma glucose of 100mg/dl or more for 8 hours or more
Those who do not exercise more than 3 times a week on a regular basis
Those who have not participated in an exercise program in the last 6 months
hose who have had lower extremity joint surgery
Those diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy
Those diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
person with visual impairment
Those with diseases such as stroke, severe arthritis, dizziness, etc.
