RRefer to the relevant diagnostic standards in the international classification of headache diseases (version 2).
1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of migraine;
2. Patients aged 18-60 years;
3. No painkillers were taken within 1 week before admission;
4. Patients who sign informed consent and can cooperate with acupuncture treatment.
1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. Patients with headache caused by intracranial space occupying lesions or other lesions such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or cervical spondylosis confirmed by skull CT or MRI;
3. Pregnant, lactating or physiological women;
4. Patients with serious mental illness or mental disorder who cannot be treated together;
5. Patients who are sensitive and contraindicated to the study drug.
