- •1. Patients with ASA grade I and II
- •2. Both sexes
- •3. Age group between 18-60 years
- •4. Elective orthopaedic upper limb Surgical procedures
- •5. Surgeries of expected duration of 45mins to 120 minutes
排除标准
- •1. Patients who refused to give consent to the study
- •2. A documented sensitivity to the drug in past
- •3. Patients with bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy
- •4. Age < 18 years and > 60 years
- •5. ASA grading III and IV
- •6. Patient on anti-hypertensive, anxiolytics and anti-epileptic
- •7. Pregnancy
- •8. Morbidly obese
- •9. Patients for emergency procedures
- •10. Patients with Neurological and Psychiatric Illness
- •11. Patients with underlying cardiac, hepatic and renal disease
- •12. Local site infections
