All patients with Hypospadias visiting to OPD for 1st time
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who have already been operated
2. Patients with Hypospadias associated with genetic and endocrine disorders

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary outcome:To find out if there is any significant difference between the two groups in the penile anthropometry.Timepoint: At completion of study i.e 12 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary outcome: If any significant difference in the penile anthropometry is found in the primary outcome, then in the second phase of study , We shall try to find out if this is due to any hormonal deficiency and if that too is significantly related.Timepoint: At completion of study i.e 12 months
