Age group between 18 to 60 yrs.
Male/ female both are included Dusta vrana with proper blood circulation and sensation.
Vrana in Diabetic patient with control Sugar level.
Post Operative infected wound w.s.r.to anal canal surgery.
Measurement of wound -approx 7 sq c.m. of diameter or less.
Patient having classical feature of Dusta Vrana.
Patient below age of 18 and more than 60 yrs.
Patient having known allergy to trail drugs.
Closed traumatic wound like contusion and hematoma will be excluded.
Patient with HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive, Patient with disorder like Leprotic ulcer, Tubercular ulcer, Osteomyelitis, Malignant ulcer, Ischemic ulcer, Gangrene.
Vrana forms due to Visceral, bony and Spinal injuries.
Burn cases.
Pregnant Women.
