1. Female, aged > 18 years, hospitalized for breast cancer surgery;
2. Preoperative assessment of PSQI < 7, HAMA < 7, HAMD < 7;
3. Anesthesia for general anesthesia, ASA class I, II;
4. Good mental state, communication barrierless and can complete PSQI, sleep diary, anxiety self-rating scale (FSAS) and other tests;
5. The patient is voluntary and his/her family agrees to participate in this trial, and signs the informed consent.
1. Allergic constitution, previous allergic to adhesive tape;
2. The external ear skin should not be applied to the stun needle, such as the external ear has damaged, eczema, ulcers, chilblains;
3. Patients with a history of mental illness before surgery;
4. Those with communication disorder, cognitive disorder or previous impaired brain function;
5. Long-term use of sedatives, tricyclic antidepressants (promethazine, clomipraline, amitriptyl, doxet) or long-term drug use;
6. Participating in other clinical investigators.
