Inclusion Criteria
Patients after metabolic surgery with body mass index (BMI) of at least 40 kg/m2 (or =35 kg/m2 with comorbidities), post-operative time should be between 3-6 months, Available Informed Consent
Exclusion Criteria
No internet-acces, no or inadequate internet-knowledge, inadequate German-knowledge, acute schizophrenia or other severe restrictions of mentale abilities, refusal of the patient

Name Time Method Variation of perceived self-efficacy, determined by questionnaires at three dates, T0 (before treatment), T1 (directly after treatment), T2 (5 months after treatment), and T3 (12 month after treatment)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Variation of dependent variables as weight reduction (BMI-development), development of eating behavior, depressivity, quality of life, perception of stress and the overall health status, tested at T0, T1, T2 and T3 (as mentioned above)
