Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Satisfaction to participate in the study
  • A nurse working in the hemodialysis department with at least three months of work experience
  • Responsible for direct care of the patient (ward nurse)
  • No history of participating in vascular access care training sessions

Exclusion Criteria

  • Having a history of participating in hemodialysis vascular access care training sessions
