Inclusion Criteria
- •Satisfaction to participate in the study
- •A nurse working in the hemodialysis department with at least three months of work experience
- •Responsible for direct care of the patient (ward nurse)
- •No history of participating in vascular access care training sessions
Exclusion Criteria
- •Having a history of participating in hemodialysis vascular access care training sessions
