Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria were patients who had worn acrylic-based removable maxillary and mandibular CDs for at least 6 months and complaint about having an ill-fitting denture.
Exclusion Criteria
The patients who wore a metal-based denture, had a history of DA use, had difficulty in responding to the interview, or were unwilling to follow the study protocol were excluded from the study.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Oral health-related quality of life 3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Oral impacts on daily performances (OIDP) index, in terms of OIDP score, and the presence or absence of oral impacts ,Oral health-related quality of life 3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Oral health impact profile for edentulous patients, in terms of OHIP-EDENT score.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Masticatory performance 3 days, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Masticatory performance was determined via 20-stroke of 3 gram peanut mastication. The larger size of comminuted peanut particles indicates lower masticatory performance
