- •Accepted into Heart Failure Service at Princess Alexandra Hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unable to read and write English
- •Unable to view DVD
- •Significant cognitive impairment
- •Living in a nursing home or dependent housing
- •Being considered for transplantation or artifical heart device
- •Terminal malignancy
