Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Primiparous women aged 18\-45 years
- •Gestational age of 24\-28 weeks
- •Fear of childbirth score above 65
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of mental disorders according to the mother statement
- •Known fetal abnormalities
- •Unplanned pregnancy
- •History of participating in physiological birth classes
- •History of recurrent miscarriages or pregnancies with artificial reproductive techniques
