Inclusion Criteria
1 Female nursing students.
2 Students aged between 17 to 30 years.
3 Students who are willing to learn yoga.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Anybody diagnosed with severe neurological or psychiatric illness.
2 Recently who underwent surgical intervention. (Duration depending upon type of surgical procedure).
3 Students who are suffering from hormonal imbalance and receiving treatment for the same.
4 Students who are regularly practicing yoga.
