Introduction
Hospital Administrative Staff face immense stress from heavy workloads, administrative duties, extended hours, emotional demands of healthcare settings. Prolonged stress leads to burnout, anxiety, depression and reduced efficiency. The study aims to explore the stress level and coping strategies among hospital administrative staff in Tertiary Hospital care, Belgaum, Karnataka, India
objective
To Determine the Perceived Stress Level and Coping Mechanism among Hospital Administrative Staff using Perceived Stress Scale-10 (PSS-10) and Brief COPE Inventory.
Methodology
This is a cross sectional study with a random sample of 90 hospital administrative staff. The 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (PSS- 10) and Brief COPE inventory were self-administered to measure stress level and coping strategies respectively among the participants.
Results
The study is yet to be conducted and results are awaited.

- •Hospital Administrative staff between the age group of 25- 50 years Participants of all genders Participants having experience of at least 1.5 years in hospital administration and work duration of at least 6 hrs per day.
