Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All consenting patients coming with chronic kidney disease undergoing lower abdominal and lower limb surgery of 3hours duration under subarachnoid block with serum creatinine \>2mg/dl or GFR \<60ml/min/1\.73m2
- •2\. American Society of Anaesthesiology risk grade (ASA grade) II / III
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA grade IV and higher.
- •2\. Pregnant patients
- •3\. BMI \>35kg/m2
- •4\. Patient with compromised left ventricular function (ejection fraction \<40%)
- •5\. Patients who have undergone heparinized hemodialysis
- •6\. Patients with abnormal coagulation profile
