1.All consenting patients coming with chronic kidney disease undergoing lower abdominal and lower limb surgery of 3hours duration under subarachnoid block with serum creatinine >2mg/dl or GFR <60ml/min/1.73m2
2. American Society of Anaesthesiology risk grade (ASA grade) II / III
1. ASA grade IV and higher.
2. Pregnant patients
3. BMI >35kg/m2
4. Patient with compromised left ventricular function (ejection fraction <40%)
5. Patients who have undergone heparinized hemodialysis
6. Patients with abnormal coagulation profile
