- •The Participants between 18\- 30 years of age
- •The Participants should not have any psychological problems
Exclusion Criteria
- •Absent more than two sessions,
- •Use of psychotropic drugs,
- •Clinical and personality disorders,
- •Receiving simultaneous drug therapy courses
